1. Only pupils who have completed 3 years and 6 months on or before 30 June of that year can be admitted to Jr. K.G. For successive standards, a proportion age is fixed.
2. A candidate who has attended any recognised school cannot be admitted without a leaving certificate from the school he / she has last attended and in case of candidate who has been studying outside U.T. of Dadra & Nagar Haveli, this certificate must be counter signed by the Inspector of school of the state from where they come.
3. A candidate who joins fresh from home or private school has to produce an official Birth Certificate (such as Muncipal / Panchayat) in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form.
4. Name of the pupils who have been absent to school for one month without notice are struck off from the register.
5. Students who do not attend the school on the appointed day after vacation may have to pay the entrance fee again, unless previous notification has been given.
6. Minimum 90% of attendance is compulsory through out the year.
7. In case the parents decide to withdraw their child from the school, a clear 1 month (30 days) notice in writing, will be required.
8. The student's final exam results, marks sheet, transfer certificate, etc. will not be issued unless all the dues are cleared.
9. No allowance or deduction will be permitted for the broken periods or absent period.
10. a) Security deposits will not be refunded if the child leaves the School before completion of at least 3 continuous years.
b) It can be refunded after 90 days of the withdrawal from the school.
11. In case of any controversial incident or activity, the school management reserves its right of decisions, which will be binding to all students and parents.
12. All the students must be vaccinated to avoid infections of various diseases. If not, the school will arrange for the same and will be charged.
13. Continuous Comprehensive evaluation of the students will be achieved through cycle tests and quarterly assessment by the class teacher on scholastic and non-scholastic parameters. The cycle tests will be conducted without prior notice.
14. The result of each term will be given on the basis of continuous comprehensive evaluation.
