About the School
1. Regularity is implicit & insisted upon.
2. No half day leave will be granted, except for genuine reasons.
3. Politeness and courtesy in speech and conduct as well as cleanliness of dress and person should be inculcated.
4. Pupils should realise that they are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behaviour outside. Any reported or observed objectionable conduct out of the school on the part of the pupils, will make them liable for disciplinary action.
5. Parents are given to understand that they cannot dictate to the management and the management has the right to say on what condition they will admit or retain pupils in the school provided such conditions are in conformity with the instructions issued by the Director or Educational Officer from time to time.
6. Pupil shall not take part in any political activity.
7. Application for leave of absence must be made beforehand, in writing by the parents in the given format provided in this diary.
8. Students are granted the non public holidays of their sect if parents send a written application to the Principal. More than one such holiday will not be given.
9. Absence without leave for wedding, feast, etc. is liable to be punished with a fine of Rs. 25/-.
10. The school cannot be responsible for books, money, etc. that may be lost, since the students must look after their own things. It is not advisable for them to have money or valuable articles in their keeping.
11. A student who is found to have damaged anything within the school premises will be charged for the damage.
12. Pupils are responsible to the school authorities for their conduct both in and outside the school. The Principal's permission is necessary to join an outside team or any other organisation or club.
13. No books or periodicals may be brought to school unless approved by the Principal.
14. The school authorities strongly disapprove of parents offering gifts to teachers. No demonstration in their honour will be permitted during school hours unless officially permitted.
15. No funds may be collected for any purpose whatsoever without the prior sanction of the Principal.
16. Parents / Guardians or any other persons are not allowed to see the students or their teachers during school hours without the Principal's written permission.
17. No pupil may take tuition from any of the school's staff without the Principal's written permission.
18. No student is allowed to carry or use mobile phones within the school premises. If found, the phone will be deposited in the school's custody and will not be returned back.
19. Kindly note that ornaments like ear ring, chains, rings, etc. may not be worn.
